Return & Refund Policy

Return Period and Processing

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive the product. This period covers the following processes:

  • Creating a return request in the system
  • The request being approved
  • Returning the product to the specified destination address

Note: If the returned product arrives at the specified destination beyond the aforementioned warranty period, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Promotional and Sale Items

Promotional products under the non-exchangeable/non-returnable condition, or products sold during the End of Season Sale, cannot be returned. If such products are returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will immediately send them back to the original sender. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Inspection and Refunds

We will inspect the condition and completeness of the product, which takes approximately 5-7 business days from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel after the product has been received into our warehouse system.

Product Condition

Products to be returned must be in their original, perfect condition as when sold: unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains and strange odors, and must not have been modified or altered from their original state.

Hygiene Exceptions

Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right not to accept exchanges or returns for the following items:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear, panties, and briefs
  • Bodysuits
  • Tights and leggings
  • Face masks
  • Accessories, including bangles, bracelets, and earrings
  • Body care products: cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, alcohol sprays, and cleansing gels

Special Characteristics and Packaging

For products with special characteristics, the return conditions are as follows:

  • Packs/Sets: Products sold as a pack cannot be returned separately. If you wish to return them, the entire pack must be returned.
  • Special Packaging: Products sold with special packaging, such as cloth bags, special boxes, or accompanied by accessories, must be returned together.

Boxed Items: For any online store product with box packaging, in the event of a return, both the product and the box must be in perfect condition, and the price tag must not be cut off from the product.

Promotional Free Gifts

Returning products that include promotional free gifts: If the return causes your order to no longer meet the conditions to receive the free gift, the free gift must also be returned together with the product.

Required Documentation

Returning products to us must always include the receipt enclosed in the box along with the returned item(s). If no document is attached, we will suspend the inspection and return process until the order number for the returned product is confirmed.

Return Packaging

The returned product must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage, and the price tag must be attached to the product in its complete, original condition. If the product is not in perfect condition as stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

How to Return a Product

After your return request has been approved, you can send the product back to the return destination as notified in the system by following these steps:

For Members

  1. Log into your account (My Account) and select “My Orders”.
  2. Select the order for the product you wish to return, and choose the “Return” menu.
  3. Fill out the online form, state the reason for returning the item(s), attach supporting images, and then select “Submit Request”.
  4. Wait for our staff to review your return request. Once the return request is approved, you can send the product back to the specified destination address. The shipping label attached to the return packaging must clearly show the order number.
  5. If your return request does not meet the returnable conditions (such as discounted items or items under the non-exchangeable/returnable condition), your request status will be canceled and closed in the system immediately.
  6. We will only accept exchanges or returns for orders purchased and delivered within Thailand. We do not accept exchanges or returns for international shipments.

For Guest Checkout

  1. Select the "Create A Return" menu at the bottom of the website.
  2. Enter your Order Number.
  3. Enter your email or phone number.
  4. Click the Confirm button.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, you can bring the product purchased from the online store, along with the receipt, to any of our physical branch stores within 14 days of receiving the product. Our store staff will be happy to assist you with your product exchange.
